I've doodled this one in the office today, at my lunch time, just remembering one of the most frustrating games to beat on NES. At the time, I've spent months to catch warps and survive psychotic stages, but I quit after receive my first ass-whooping by that gothic Jessica Rabbit, the infamous Dark Queen.
I could never get to the top of the tower. You're right...this game was EXTREMELY frustrating, but it was such a great idea. Wish more would have been done with these characters.
Very good times. Battletoads was one of my favorite games. It may kick your ass a couple of times, but it leaves you coming back for more. Just one word of warning: NEVER play Battletoads, or any NES game, with the POWER GLOVE.
Just a food for thought.

Lucas was right about one thing. The Power Glove is bad. And I mean B-A-D! It was horrible for early technology. Don't believe me? Then look up a guy known as the Angry Video Game Nerd. You probably already know him, but I thought it was worth mentioning.

I'd like to show you some awesome nature related work from more or less unknown artists which deserve more attention - this is a must see, you won't regret it!!!
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
I'm a lover of visual impacts. I like brilliant colors and shapes. And I decided to collect a whole stack of deviations that reflect that taste. These pieces showcased below deserve every bit of publicity you can give them. x)P

This one thought himself a bird,
This one a dog,
And this one thought himself a man,
An ordinary man,
And cried and cried No No No No
